Job Description Accountants and Auditors at ForseMark are responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with laws and regulations. They will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.

• Prepare and examine financial statements, reports, and records.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis and support for business operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors on financial matters.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
