Job Description
As a Business and Financial Operations Analyst at ForseMark, you
will play a key
role in supporting our operations through financial analysis
and strategic planning. This position involves a range of
tasks aimed at optimizing our budgeting, financial
forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Typical Duties
- Conduct financial analysis to assess budget variances, revenue trends,
and cost projections.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance,
highlighting key metrics and insights for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets,
ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to guide
decision-making and resource allocation.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for cost
savings and efficiency improvements.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline
data collection and reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to provide insights
for strategic planning and business development.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive initiatives related
to financial planning, analysis, and process improvement.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing revenue streams, reducing expenses,
and improving overall financial performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned
by senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or related field; Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools
(e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAP).
- Knowledge of financial principles, budget management, and cost control
strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial
data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability
to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in
financial analysis.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities
for improvement and growth.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related
to financial operations.
