Job Description ForseMark is seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to coat, paint, or spray products with precision and efficiency.

• Set up coating, painting, and spraying machines according to job specifications.
  
• Load materials into machines and ensure proper settings for coating applications.
  
• Operate machines to coat, paint, or spray products with desired finishes and coverage.
  
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed for quality control.
  
• Inspect coated products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Record production data, including quantities coated and any deviations from standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience as a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Operator is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of coating materials, techniques, and equipment.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
