Position: Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender Overview: ForseMark is looking for skilled individuals to join our team as Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to cut, punch, or press metal to precise specifications.

• Set up and prepare cutting, punching, and press machines for production runs.
  
• Operate machines to cut, punch, or press metal parts according to job requirements.
  
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
  
• Inspect finished products for defects and verify they meet specified tolerances and standards.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Record production data, including quantities produced and any deviations from specifications.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Proven experience as a Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender.
  
• Knowledge of machine operation and tooling for cutting, punching, and pressing.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
