Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager at ForseMark, LLC, you will be the cornerstone
of our organization's talent management and employee relations.

Your role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent,
fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with
HR policies and regulations.


Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and engagement.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of HR-related activities.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce planning needs.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to inform decision-making.


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving HR initiatives.
