Job Description Industrial Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and within budget. The Industrial Production Manager will coordinate, plan, and direct the production processes, monitor equipment, and manage personnel to meet quality standards.

Typical Duties

• Develop and implement production schedules and procedures.
  
• Supervise and train production staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
  
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
  
• Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics.
  
• Manage inventory levels to meet production demands.
  
• Resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
  
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize production processes.
  
• Evaluate equipment needs and recommend upgrades or replacements.
  

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in industrial production management.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
  
• Experience with production planning software and ERP systems.
  
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.
