Job Description
As a Part-Time Training and Development Specialist at ForseMark,
you will play
a key role in designing and conducting training programs to
enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This position
involves
developing customized training modules, facilitating workshops,
and supporting the professional growth of our workforce.

Typical Duties
- Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to identify
training needs and objectives.
- Design, develop, and customize training programs and materials to
meet specific learning goals.
- Create engaging and interactive training modules, presentations, and
e-learning courses.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees
at all levels.
- Deliver training content in a clear, engaging, and effective manner
to promote learning.
- Incorporate a variety of instructional methods, such as lectures,
discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and
feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze training results and make recommendations for program improvements
or modifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
in training and development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
of training content.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, such as scheduling, venue
setup, and equipment preparation.
- Provide guidance and support to employees participating in training
programs.
- Administer training evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
to gather participant input.
- Maintain training records, documentation, and databases to track employee
progress and completion.
- Assist in the implementation of new training initiatives or programs
to support organizational goals.
- Participate in training needs assessments and skills gap analyses
to identify learning opportunitiesRecord financial transactions in accounting
software or ledgers.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education,
or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a training specialist, facilitator, or instructor
in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories,
and training methodologies.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems
(LMS), and multimedia tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage and motivate
learners.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences with varying
learning styles and needs.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple training projects and deadlines
effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
training software.
- Understanding of performance management, competency frameworks, and
skills development.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in
the field of training and development.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours based on training schedules and
employee availability.
