Job Description ForseMark is looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Helpers -- Production Workers. In this role, you will assist production workers by performing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Assist production workers with setting up and operating machinery and equipment.
  
• Hold materials or tools as directed by production workers during manufacturing processes.
  
• Load and unload materials from machines and transport products to designated areas.
  
• Clean and maintain work areas, machines, and equipment.
  
• Perform basic assembly or finishing tasks on products as needed.
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  
• Assist in inventory management by organizing materials and supplies.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
