Job Description ForseMark is looking for skilled individuals to join our team as Tool Grinders, Filers, and Sharpeners. In this role, you will be responsible for sharpening and maintaining tools and equipment used in our production processes.

• Sharpen and grind cutting tools, drills, and other equipment to maintain sharp edges.
  
• Inspect tools for wear, damage, or dullness and determine appropriate sharpening methods.
  
• Operate grinding and sharpening machines according to established procedures.
  
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired cutting angles and finishes.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tool sharpening and grinding.
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Keep accurate records of tools sharpened and maintenance performed.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience as a Tool Grinder, Filer, or Sharpener is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of grinding techniques, tool materials, and equipment.
  
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and read technical drawings.
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
